Protein gives you staying power and helps you feel full until your next meal, consuming breakfast first thing in the morning greatly decreases hunger and cravings throughout the day, you thereby stay energized and less hungry all through the day. so, when next you want to skip breskfast, think again.

This may contribute to sleep deprivation if the needed hours of sleep to feel rested are not obtained. The stimulation makes it hare to fall asleep, as the mind may be overly excited or activated. Also, the light from phone, tablet, or computer screens may impact the ability to fall asleep. Small amounts of artificial light from the screens may cause a delay in sleep. Keep your phone far away from you when you sleep, charge it in another room, if you cant do that, make sure to keep the phone in airplane mode to avoid distracting notification tones when you sleep. in many ways than one, the ability to sleep soundly at night would affect how we wake up in the morning, and how good your morning would be. in addition, it is recommended that you stay away from your phone at least 30 minutes after you wake up, this would enable you clear your mind and plan for the day ahead. Staying away from your phone for at least 30 minutes after you wake up gives you a fresh start to your day, and enough time to get up, get going, have breakfast, and a better planned out day.
5.DON’T MAKE THE BED
Remember how we were always reprimanded for not making our bed, while growing up? well, after reading this article, you would feel less guilty for not making your bed, or leaving your bed all messed up when you wake up. Well, according to recent findings, research has shown that it is healthy and safer to leave your bed unmade win the morning, and during the day, as making your bed in the morning traps in dust mites that have accumulated overnight and provides a breeding ground for allergens that can aggravate asthma and allergies.
When we sleep during the night, our bodies become warm and sweaty, making us a prime target for these dust mites to feed on our skin and leave behind excretions that can give us asthma-like symptoms as these microscopic bugs feed on scales of human skin and they thrive in moist environments. Making your bed first thing in the morning traps the moisture, therefore, making it a home for up to 1.5million dust mites. If you leave your bed messy, however, the mites are exposed to air and sunlight, which causes them to become dehydrated and die out. Scientists found that leaving your bed unkempt throughout the day is the best solution to reduce the number of dust mites. So, now, you can feel less gvuilty for leaving your bed unmade. and if you cant stand an unlaid bed, you can try leaving it in the morning, amd laying it in the afternoon. chee
6.PRACTICE OPTIMISM AND GRATITUDE
This might sound expected, but, how many actually practice it? This requires a feeling of gratitude on a daily basis. Have a thankful heart, in as much as we individually have issues surrounding us, we need to focus more on the good things. This between 20 seconds to five minutes every day to be grateful for all the positive things in your life. From those that love you, to that job you have been able to keep, that moment of celebration, that business idea that you thought of, opportunities arising, down to the littlest things, like the food we have been eating, or we were able to eat today, the free flow of water, shelter, good health.. Have a thankful heart every morning. Say them with your mouth, recite those things you are grateful for. Start with the phrase.. “I am grateful for……” And keep going.
When you do this daily, what it does is, it trains your brain to be happier. Gratitude increases the level of optimism. Research has shown that optimism is a life lengthening trait. Routinely practicing gratitude helps us experience increased positive emotions including interest, joy, pride, and excitement. Gratitude increases dopamine and serotonin levels which are the key to feelings of contentment.
